We enjoyed the spacious and clean King corner suite. The complimentary toiletries for our baby were a sweet touch. Despite the crowded pool, overall, we had a pleasant stay. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

fairmont in downtown is a beautiful hotel, and i had a wonderful experience. the location is perfect for exploring, and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax. the staff were very helpful, the room was well laid out and clean, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. the restaurant, the garrison, provided a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

fairmont was super clean, and the location was perfect! on a weekday morning - it's a breeze. got great local tips from staff. being upgraded to the gold package was amazing, and victor from the gold lounge was so attentive and accommodating!

Great nearby restaurants, easy to find by car. Beautiful and clean rooms with incredible views of Lady Bird Lake and Rainey St. The bar area with attractive lighting was a nice touch. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to help with any questions, and excellent service from check-in to room service. The hotel took great care of guests during a challenging winter storm, with visible and proactive management ensuring everything ran smoothly. Convenient location close to Downtown.
Felt relaxed, no complaints.
